2. What language is the software written in?

Microsoft .NET Platform using ASP.NET 2.0, C# and SQL 2005.

3. Is the application web enabled?

Yes.

4. Do I need any programming knowledge to administer the site?

Not at all; the site administrator will have a user-friendly interface for all the configuration settings, to set the site as per the need.

5. How many Job posts can be posted in the site?

Unlimited; the administrator can, if need be, set a restriction.

6. Does the solution consolidate data from multiple companies or locations?

We have provision for RSS feeds.

7. Does the solution have multi-user network capability?

Yes, as this is a web application.

8. Can jobseekers upload their photographs?

Yes, Job seekers can upload their photographs along with their audio and video profiles too.

9. Can filters be created to sift through resumes?

Advanced search facility can be used for any specific search requirement.

10. Can custom reports be generated?

Yes, custom reports can be generated.

11. Do you have ZIP based search functionality?

Yes, we do have the facility to search based on the zip code or location.

Yes. You can customize so as to allow clients to use the application within only one country or various countries outside the United States .

13. Can I charge employers for posting jobs and events?

Yes, the admin can set the rate for jobs and events.

14. How can we make payments?

The application will support secure credit card payment.

Yes, you can use the ‘event' feature for this.

16. Can it be used across various industries?

Yes, it most certainly can.
